Pomodoro Studio is a boutique event planning and consulting service based in New Orleans. Our 20+ years of culinary industry experience allow us to craft unique, delicious events and programs for private clients and small businesses.

What we do

  • We specialize in culinary logistics, and can provide design, planning, and run-of-show services. Our deep industry connections mean the best in the business will be at your disposal.

  • Old traditions, new traditions, or traditions be damned. Our ethos is there are no rules, and we love working with couples to think outside the box. We offer everything from month-of coordination to partial or full planning.

  • Looking to wed in an unfamiliar locale? Our international connections and top-to-bottom approach insure a smooth trip for you and your guests, from arrival to departure.

  • We have built event programs from the ground up at numerous James Beard Foundation and Michelin recognized properties. We understand the difference between an event program that works for the whole house, and one that simply fills a room. We offer a variety of packages, including assessment and prescription, optimizing existing programs, or full program buildouts.

Maggie Bondi has spent a lifetime embodying creative hospitality. 

From intimate dinners to city-wide festivals, Maggie has been making extraordinary events happen for over twenty years. She started in Chicago with the Boka Restaurant Group, earned a James Beard Foundation grant for Women in Culinary Leadership, and eventually found her way to beautiful New Orleans. There, she spent years as Director of Events at LeBLANC+SMITH overseeing event programs across some of the most beloved bars, restaurants, and hotels in the city. 

Maggie started Pomodoro Studio to build relationships with the types of people she calls her friends. Creative people, kind people, people who love love and like to party, with strong opinions on the food, the playlist, and everything in between.
